After getting electrocuted by an MRI machine, an ambitious young medical student begins to hear the thoughts of others.Lulli (Larissa Manoela) is a medical student. She is very happy and carefree. She is dating Diego (Vinícius Redd). Diego wants to quit medical college and Lulli is not in favor of that. Lulli thinks Diego has feelings for Paola (Paula Possani), but he claims she is just his professor for the internships. Diego finds it exhausting that Lulli thinks less of him as he finds med studies stressful. He also feels Lulli doesn't listen to him (She didn't know he was allergic to shrimp).. Diego breaks up with her after he has an allergic reaction to shrimp.Julio (Sergio Malheiros) is Lulli's friends for her neighborhood. Everyone complains that Lulli doesn't listen and talks too much. Miriam (Luciana Braga) is her mom. Its Lulli's first day at college and she is surprised to see Diego didn't quit college after all. Their teachers also teach them to listen to their patients. Lulli's refusal to listen almost leads to her giving a medicine that a patient is allergic to. Paola reprimands Lulli and says she needs to be serious.Vanessa (Amanda De Godoi), Elena (Yara Charry), Ricardo (Nicolas Ahnert) are her colleagues. Oscar (Marcos Breda) is a patient at the hospital undergoing an MRI. When the MRI machine malfunctions, Lulli ignores all protocol and rushes into the room to rescue Oscar. She wakes up after an accident and realizes that she can hear everyone's thoughts when she touches them. Lulli runs out of the hospital and meets Julio. Julio is a great volleyball player, and she learns (after touching him) that he is faking a calf injury to get out of playing in a tournament as he has stage fright. Lulli tells Julio the truth about her being able to hear thoughts. Julio and Lulli used to date, but he found her too bossy and dominating and called it off. Lulli realizes that Julio is gay, hearing it in his thoughts.Vanessa also finds out about Lulli's powers and advises her to keep them to figure out what Paola is up to. Diego seeks Lulli out, but she can't read his thoughts, touching him all over. Diego thinks Lulli still has feelings for him and kisses her. Paola later informs Lulli that Diego has short term amnesia and he forgot everything that happened 24 hours before the shock from the MRI machine. Lulli touches her and finds that she considers Diego like her son and is relieved. Lulli uses her powers to listen to her patients and gets her diagnosis right with them. Lulli feels overwhelmed with thoughts and wants Vanessa to help her get rid of her powers. Vanessa takes Lulli to her fortune teller, but Lulli exposes her as a fraud when she takes Lulli's palms.Vanessa wants Lulli to use her powers to get Elena away from Ricardo, so she can hit on him. Vanessa learns that Elena's parents are moving to Portugal and taking her along. So, Elena has to quit college. At a pub, Julio meets Ricardo, and they get to talking. Diego takes Lulli to his place for a private dinner, as his father Caser (Guilherme Fontes) is out for the whole week. Diego has fleeting memories of the 24 hours prior to the shock. Lulli and Diego have sex. Dr Cesar comes back early and finds them in bed the next morning. At breakfast Lulli finds that Cesar doesn't think she will ever become a surgeon. He also feels that Paola made a mistake by quitting his clinic and working at a public hospital. Cesar also doesn't support Diego's quest to stand on his own 2 feet and not be dependent on his father.The next day, Vanessa offers Elena a place to stay, so she can continue her studies. Ricardo brings Julio in for an MRI. Seeing Julio going through the MRI, Diego's memories return partially but he doesn't say anything, even as he feels faint. Meanwhile Oscar's situation has worsened, and he stops taking his medicines. Diego figures that he is missing his estranged son. Diego and Lulli go and seek the son Roberto (Gabriel Contente). Diego convinces Roberto that Oscar loves him and he is the only father he will ever have. Roberto authorizes a surgery for Oscar, that Paola performs. Oscar survives. Julio plays his first game, encouraged by Ricardo. Julio's team wins the game, and Julio and Ricardo start dating (turns out Ricardo is also gay and hence not interested in Vanessa)Diego finally recovers his memories and remembers that Lulli broke up with him. He hyperventilates and falls down. Lulli remembers that Diego was complaining of leg pain and tells Paula that Diego is having a pulmonary embolism. Paula has to give shocks to Diego to revive him, but Lulli also gets shocked as she was holding his hands. Lulli can't read minds anymore. Diego recovers. Caser tells Diego that he loves him. Diego realizes that Lulli saved him, and they get back together. They graduate 2 years later. Lulli becomes a physician and dedicates herself to listening to people.
