Deva (Mithun) is a poor villager who lives with his father. All Deva wants is that his village gets clean water. Deva befriends a rich guy Ajay (Atul Agnihotri) who helps with Deva's plight. Dozens of villagers die when the village priest "Pandit" (Rana Jung Bahadur) poisons the water in the village on the order of Ajay's uncle Jagdambar (Bharat Kapoor). Jagdambar wants the villagers out so that he can sell the land to an American company for millions. In anger Deva kills the priest and Ajay's uncle along with a minister who was helping Ajay's uncle. Deva flees India and inadvertently gets on a ship to Malaysia. There he meet's Taoke (Gulshan Grover) when he save's his life from a hit man. Deva becomes a feared criminal, even becoming an enemy of Taoke after disagreeing with his line of work. He meets Sonia (Pooja Bhatt) and Zakir (Mushtaq Khan) and together they fight against Taoke's injustice. Deva and his friends are on the run with Malaysia's Police Commissioner Pritam Singh (Avtaar Gill) hot on their trail. Will Deva succeed in getting water to his village? Will Ajay find and save Deva in time? Will Deva and Sonia survive the hail of bullets both from the Police and Taoke?—Mo Khan
