Somewhere in the seedy side of 1980s Los Angeles, Billie, a feisty black-belt karate expert, finds herself in the crosshairs of the local gangster, Scarface. After the brutal assault of her grandparents, Billie embarks on a mission to rid the neighbourhood of Scarface and his thugs, eager to serve a hearty slice of good, old-fashioned vigilante justice.
